About RoboCup Singapore Open 2022

RoboCup Singapore Open 2022 cum National Selection of RoboCupJunior 2022 aims to promote innovation using robotics & AI and select the best teams to represent Singapore in the RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP) 2022 and RoboCup World Championship 2022.
The RoboCup Singapore Open focuses on both RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP) Challenges and RoboCupJunior (RCJ) leagues.
In addition, we will continue to include two intro-leagues for beginners, namely RoboCupSG Soccer Intro League and RoboCupSG Rescue Intro League. Teams with Lego robots are able to participate in the RoboCup SG Intro Leagues.
Event Dates:
- Preliminary (online or onsite): 1 – 30 April 2022.
- Finals (onsite @ Science Centre Singapore): 27 – 28 May 2022

Training Workshop
To facilitate teams to have a better understanding of each league, the RoboCup Singapore Open Organising Committee will arrange the following training workshops.

Teams sharing and presentation materials are available on RCAP YouTube Channel (www.youtube.com/rcapacademy).
Please indicate in the team registration form if you wish to attend the training workshop.
Age Group
- U12 age group: All members are 12 or below.
- U19 age group: At least one member in the team is above 12 years old. All members are 19 or below.
- Open category: There is no age separation for this category.
